- 8+ years of Telecom OSS/BSS experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Communications ASAP cartridge development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of telecom fulfilment and activation processes involving Oracle OSM, ASAP, UIM, and network provisioning ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience in design, development, customization and enhancement of Oracle ASAP activation solutions for Mobile, Fixed Line, Broadband and Enterprise services.
- Solid hands on experience in Oracle ASAP cartridge development including custom adapters, activation workflows and network integrations.
- Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, JMS, SOAP Web Services, REST APIs and Oracle Database.
- Experience in designing and troubleshooting northbound and southbound provisioning interfaces, command translation logic and network activation flows.
- Experience integrating Oracle ASAP with Oracle OSM, UIM, SOA/OSB, CRM platforms and downstream network elements using SOAP/XML, REST/JSON and JMS-based integration patterns.




- Hands-on experience in cloud-native deployment and development of Oracle ASAP 8.x on Kubernetes, Open Shift, OKE and OCI platforms.
- Experience in containerisation using Docker/Podman, Helm-based deployments, Kubernetes configuration and cloud-native operational practices.
- Design and support end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for ASAP cartridges, configuration changes, image builds and automated deployments using Jenkins, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to activation failures, provisioning errors, JMS messaging, Web Logic, database performance and network integrations.
- Experience of implementing high availability, disaster recovery, observability, logging and monitoring solutions for activation platforms.
- Collaborate with architects, OSS administrators, Dev Ops teams and external vendors to support OSS modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews, design reviews, testing and deployment activities.
