- Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing and utility equipment.

- Engineering Items PO Creation, vender selection, approval, procurement & proper invoicing/billing & closing entire task related to procurement.

- Manage engineering activities for HVAC, chillers, compressors, RO systems, cooling towers, electrical systems, and other utilities, as applicable.

- Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility-related problems.

- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists, and maintenance records.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, EHS, and other departments for maintenance activities.

- Participate in qualification and validation activities, including DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ where applicable.

- Manage CAPA,



deviation, change control, and investigation activities related to engineering systems.

- Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for specialized maintenance and projects.

- Support installation and commissioning of current machinery, equipment, and utility systems.

- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all engineering activities.

- Train and guide engineering technicians and junior engineers.

- Participate in internal and external GMP/regulatory audits and provide required engineering documentation.
