Role Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization's computer systems, networks, and software applications. The ideal candidate will provide prompt technical assistance to staff across both administrative and online instructional operations, ensuring minimal technical downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve daily hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues for staff.
• Set up, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, printers, routers, and peripheral gear.
• Manage user access, email accounts, system permissions, and software licensing.
• Monitor internet stability, perform routine system updates, and ensure operational cybersecurity.
• Provide technical assistance for online virtual classrooms and conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
• Maintain an organized inventory of technical assets and hardware equipment.
Requirements• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience:



1–3 years of hands-on technical support, desktop support, or system administration experience.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows OS, LAN/Wi-Fi configuration, basic hardware repair, and active directory/software installations.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, patience, and transparent communication skills.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certifications are a plus.
Requirements
Ability to create delightful and detailed interfaces. Knowledge of interaction design principles, best practices of Mobile and Desktop designs. Basic skills of working with Documentation and Presentations Tools like MS Word, MS Power Point, Google Slides, Google Docs, etc. In-depth understanding of UX design. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision, check-in. Great interpersonal and communication skills
