The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system.

The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments.

Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:



- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service

Now IT Service Management (ITSM).- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.- Experience with configuring and customizing Service

Now modules to meet business needs.- Ability to work with APIs and integrate Service

Now with other enterprise systems.- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms to streamline application Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining system stability.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service
