We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of our organization through relationship building and new business generation.

This is a full time, onsite position based in Coral Springs, FL, offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and business clients
- Present and demonstrate POS solutions to potential customers
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team success




- Work closely with management to develop and execute growth strategies

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Business Development, or POS Systems Sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving goals
- Must be able to work onsite in Coral Springs, FL
