Role Overview
Job Summary
Work extensively on JD Edwards Enterprise One Finance modules to support financial operations Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance processes Prepare functional design documents and detailed test scenarios for Finance modules Support monthend and yearend financial closing activities within the JDE system Coordinate with technical teams for customizations integrations and troubleshooting Provide postgolive support including user training and issue resolution Perform JDE system data cleanup and reconciliation to ensure data integrity Maintain indepth understanding of JDE system files tables and source system values relevant to Finance Collaborate with development and technical teams to identify and resolve system issues Exposure to implementation tasks such as setup configuration testing golive activities and hypercare support
Roles and Responsibilities
Configure and support JD Edwards Finance modules to meet business needs
Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing UAT for Financerelated enhancements
Write and maintain functional design documents subprocess designs test scripts and configuration documentation
Manage incident and problem resolution for JDE Finance production support L1 and L2
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Finance modules
Provide training and support to endusers to enhance system adoption and efficiency
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for JDE Finance processes and system usage
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures through system configurations and controls
