Position:Junior Executive - Engineering & Proposal

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Ahmedabad

Ideal Candidate:

Learn and understand technical parameters of pressure vessels.
Should be able to ready drawings.
Knowledge of designing & sizing of filters is beneficial.
Should know ASME Calculations (Optional)
Prepare quotation as or when require from the customers or sales team.
Good at following templates, maintaining records, and coordinating activities.
Communication skills.
Filtration background is preferred.





Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries.
Review incoming inquiries and collect basic details using standard templates.
Prepare workout sheets and basic calculations.
Maintain offer and inquiry registers.
Generate part codes.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams as required.
Maintain records and data using MS Office and Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
Ability to follow SOPs and standard operating processes.
Valuable communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
