Key Responsibilities:

- Manage collections for Vehicle Finance Hard Bucket accounts.
- Handle overdue and delinquent portfolios and ensure timely recoveries.
- Monitor and improve collection efficiency and productivity.
- Manage, guide, and monitor field collection teams.
- Allocate cases and track daily collection performance.
- Conduct field visits for critical/high-risk cases when required.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for recovery.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Prepare MIS and regular performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 6+ years of experience in Vehicle Loan Collections/Recovery.
- Solid experience in Hard Bucket/Field Collections.
- Experience in managing collection teams and assigned areas.
- Good knowledge of vehicle finance products and collection processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
