Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field.

Must have hands-on experience in the following technologies:

Server Operating Systems Linux, Windows

Virtualization technologies VMWare/OLVM

Intel Enterprise Server level hardware (HP/IBM/Dell)

Scripting and automation Bash/Python/Ansible

Good understanding of Networking services, protocols and Storage concepts

Demonstrated experience with system monitoring, Observability and performance tuning

Knowledge of Vulnerability management across operating systems and Virtualization platforms

Architectural-level understanding of IT infrastructure and applications

Highly organized: Ability to track multiple activities, ensuring essential deadlines are met

Exposure to Dev Ops and Agile practices

Robust understanding of Enterprise ITSM processes

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Demonstrated fluency with translating and communicating technical issues to a broad audience, including executives

Certifications in RHEL/ Microsoft/ VMware & ITIL will be favorable
