ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
4+ years of experience in SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, CDP, Einstein,
Automation studio etc.)
Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications
Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
Strong customer service focus
Engaging and friendly personality
Collaborative, flexible and a team player

Required Qualifications
3 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms (Data Cloud/CDP
required).
Hands-on experience with Data Streams, Data Explorer, Data Bundles,
Calculated Insights, Identity Resolution, and Segmentation.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and API-based
integrations.
Experience working with Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, or Commerce
Cloud.
Familiarity with SQL and large-scale data structures.
Robust problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
