Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycle management are vital to Pfizer’s cybersecurity posture and operational resilience. The Manager, PKI Engineer, is responsible for developing, managing,



and continuously improving Pfizer’s enterprise PKI workplace, including Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), certificate renewal automation, and related security services.

This is a hands-on technical role responsible for supporting PKI technologies and ensuring secure, scalable certificate services across the enterprise. The role includes requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, implementation support, operational oversight, and break/fix support for PKI services, partnering closely with the Service Manager, Operations Delivery Lead, internal customers, and technical teams.

The Manager will guide technical resources, help drive service improvements, and foster a culture where innovation, reliability, and security are central to how the team operates.
