What you’ll do
• Erection and Commissioning Supervision: Ensure site readiness by assessing foundations, tools,



and resources; inspect equipment components upon arrival; assemble and fit components accurately; conduct electrical commissioning and control system testing; perform operation testing and performance verification as per agreements; deliver essential operator training on operation and maintenance.
• Operation and Maintenance Supervision: Conduct regular inspections to enhance equipment reliability and longevity; implement preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime; recommend and oversee repairs and parts replacement; provide life cycle services as needed; perform root cause failure analysis and troubleshooting; drive equipment upgrades and optimization for improved performance.
• Site Management: Manage customer relationships effectively; oversee spares inventory to ensure availability; maintain detailed maintenance and operation records daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
