This role sits within a customer-focused delivery organization responsible for supporting products and services throughout implementation and beyond.
You will work directly with customers to ensure successful deployments, resolve technical issues, and deliver against contractual expectations.
The position combines technical support, service delivery, customer training, troubleshooting, and collaboration across multiple internal teams.
You will help strengthen customer relationships while supporting commercial objectives and ensuring a consistently high level of service.
The role also involves developing and delivering technical training tailored to customer and employee needs.

Accountabilities:

• Provide responsive customer service through telephone, email, chat, and other appropriate communication channels, ensuring customer needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.

• Support sales activities by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and product or service revenue.

• Ensure delivery objectives and customer expectations are consistently achieved in accordance with contractual commitments and agreed service requirements.

• Collaborate with multiple internal departments to coordinate critical support, maintenance, implementation, and service delivery activities.
