Job Summary
In TIS, the Parts Information Graphic Specialist creates and maintains technical parts information for Caterpillar products.

What You Will Do:
• Creates, validates, and revises technical parts information in support of new product introduction, continuous process improvement, and revision timelines. Manages and acts on dealer feedback.
• Ensures all parts information is created accurately, participates in process improvement efforts, and manages standards.
• Train and mentor recent staff on how to create, validate,



and revise technical parts information graphics.
• Participate in and lead process improvement efforts.

What You Have:
• Technical Excellence: Demonstrated knowledge of Caterpillar product structure, engineering databases (Teamcenter, HVC), and parts information databases (Windchill (ACM) authoring system), and graphic creation tools (Creo, Canvas).
• Meets or exceeds performance expectations for parts information production and quality. Helps others solve technical or procedural problems or issues.
• Service Excellence: Provides effective responses to parts information requests and interactions with a sense of urgency and positive action. Acts on parts information improvement opportunities and supports the delivery of high-quality parts information to customers.
