We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements and drive software sales through calls, emails and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, LinkedIn and digital channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial details.

• Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.

• Convert qualified leads into sales and new customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM.

• Coordinate with the technical/product team for demos and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until closure.

• Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion and revenue targets.





• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track sales performance.

Requirements
• Strong Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Software Sales skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Lead generation and qualification.

• Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.

• Customer requirement analysis.

• Product presentation and demonstration skills.

• Objection handling and negotiation.

• Good knowledge of CRM / Sales Pipeline Management.

• Basic understanding of software/SaaS solutions.

• Good MS Excel and email communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.

• Experience in IT / Software / SaaS / Technology companies preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and solid sales aptitude may also be considered.
