POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager - India will lead recruitment strategy and delivery across Corning India, supporting talent needs across Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, R&D;, Commercial, Corporate Functions, and Leadership hiring.
This role serves as a strategic talent partner to business leaders and HR teams,
responsible for workforce planning, recruitment execution, employer branding, talent market intelligence, and recruitment operations. The incumbent will lead hiring initiatives that support business growth, manufacturing expansion, organizational transformation, and future workforce scaling while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
As part of Corning's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, the role will also contribute to regional and global talent acquisition initiatives, best practices, and continuous improvement efforts.
