Position Title: Programme Manager – Strategy & Transformation (CEO’s Office, Watches Division)
Function: Watches Division
Location: Corporate Office - Bengaluru
Reporting To: CEO, Watches Division
Experience: 6–10 years
Education: MBA from a premier management institute (Titan MT Cadre colleges)
Role Purpose
Programme Manager – Strategy & Transformation will work directly with the CEO of the Watches Division to drive execution of the division’s strategic agenda and transformation priorities. The incumbent will act as the central programme office for the division’s strategic initiatives, ensuring governance, milestone delivery, stakeholder alignment and measurable business outcomes.
In addition, the role will spearhead process reengineering, performance management, AI-led business transformation, and support the SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Strategic Programme Governance
· Own end-to-end governance of the division’s strategic priorities and transformation portfolio.
· Establish programme plans, milestone tracking,



risk management and executive review mechanisms.
· Provide structured updates and decision support to the CEO and leadership team.
2. Process Reengineering & Transformation
· Redesign business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, scalability and customer outcomes.
· Develop lead, lag, efficiency and effectiveness metrics across key business processes.
· Drive process simplification and institutionalisation of best practices.
3. Performance Management & Analytics
· Build a robust performance measurement framework across functions.
· Partner with analytics teams to create dashboards and management cockpits from enterprise data.
· Improve visibility and accountability of strategic and operational performance.
4. AI-enabled Business Transformation
· Identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally reimagine business processes.
· Define and drive implementation of AI agents and intelligent workflows.
