Designs and develops engaging, effective user experiences for a digital product or product type in order to drive customer adoption. Identifies requirements and enhances usability and aesthetic appeal of digital experience through the design of interactive flows, sketches, story boards, wireframes, motion studies, mock-ups and prototypes. Stays informed on technology and research on customer preferences, identifying opportunities to apply current technologies to enhance the digital experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end design of complex product initiatives, from discovery and concept development through delivery and continuous improvement
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define problems, identify opportunities, and create user-centered solutions
• Facilitate discovery activities, including stakeholder workshops, journey mapping, concept exploration, and experience visioning to inform product direction
• Translate user research, analytics, and business insights into design strategies that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
• Explore multiple design concepts, iterate based on user feedback and testing, and continuously
