About the RolePiro Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing LED Lighting business. The role involves developing and managing B2B sales opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, commercial and sports lighting projects.
You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, coordinate technical solutions, prepare quotations and drive opportunities from initial enquiry to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities• Generate new B2B sales opportunities through direct outreach, references, digital leads and market development.
• Identify and connect with industries, contractors, consultants, electrical contractors, project companies, institutions and sports organizations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, requirement understanding, quotation, follow-up, negotiation and closure.
• Conduct client meetings,



presentations and site visits.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for photometric designs, technical proposals and customized lighting solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Track sales activities, opportunities and follow-ups through the company's CRM.
• Support the team in developing recent markets and identifying large project opportunities.
