IntellectSprouts is looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Business Development & Partnerships Executive to support and grow our B2B2C partnerships across India.
The objective of this role is simple: build partnerships and channels that help IntellectSprouts reach more children and drive participation in our competitions, workshops and activities.
We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, pitch effectively and convert those relationships into measurable business.

? What You’ll Do• Identify and build partnerships with schools, NGOs, educational institutions, coaching/tuition centres, activity centres and other child-focused organisations.
• Connect with tuition teachers, independent teachers, educators, trainers and other individuals who work with groups of children and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.




• Build channels through which partners can encourage their students to participate in IntellectSprouts competitions, workshops and activities in groups or in bulk.
• Work with schools and institutions to organise competitions, workshops, creative activities and student engagement programs for their students.
• Identify opportunities for both online and offline collaborations.
• Approach brands and businesses for sponsorships to support competitions, activities and initiatives organised with schools, NGOs and other institutions.
• Explore creative B2B2C partnership models that can benefit IntellectSprouts, our partners and participating children.
• Visit schools, institutions, coaching centres and potential partners across Delhi NCR, while also developing partnerships across PAN India through calls, emails, LinkedIn and virtual meetings.
