What would you do?

• Drafting, reviewing and managing the derivative agreements like ISDA Master Agreements, CSA & GMRA related confirmations.
• Co-ordinating with CPs, legal teams, traders,



and compliance departments for confirmation negotiation and execution.
• Ensuring all confirmations complies with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records of executed agreements and tracking outstanding confirmation
• Looking for someone with capital market experience
• Pre-matching, payment processing, depot alignment, working with various exchanges for OTC Derivatives. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - OTC Monitoring confirmation deadlines, renewals and amendments (i.e., counterparty is wrong or DB trade capture is wrong) Reconciliation & Exception Management Trade & Cash Reconciliation Reconcile daily trade settlements between internal systems, custodians, brokers, and clearing houses.
