Envizn Labs builds and grows websites for B2B SaaS companies. We have shipped 120+ websites for teams including Innovaccer, TrueFoundry, Factors.ai and Credit Nirvana. We are a team of about 10 based in Kolkata, working mostly with marketing teams in India and the US.

The role
We are hiring an Account Manager to own our client relationships from kickoff to renewal. You will be the person a client's marketing head trusts to get things done: you understand what they are asking for, turn it into a clear brief for our designers and developers, and make sure it ships on time and at the standard we promised.

This role suits someone who has managed clients at a digital, creative or web agency and is comfortable speaking with founders and marketing leaders.

What you will do
• Be the main point of contact for 8 to 10 active client accounts
• Run kickoffs, weekly check-ins and review calls with client marketing teams
• Turn client requests into explicit briefs, timelines and priorities for the design and development team
• Track every deliverable,



flag delays early and keep clients informed before they have to ask
• Review work before it goes to the client, so feedback is about the idea and not about errors
• Spot when a client needs more help (SEO, AI search visibility, conversion work, ongoing support) and bring it to the founders
• Collect testimonials, results and case study material when a project lands well
• Keep accounts healthy: renewals, retainers and referrals are part of the job

What we are looking for
• 2 to 4 years in account management or client servicing at a digital, creative, branding or web agency
• Clear spoken and written English. You will be on calls with US and Indian clients
• Experience handling several clients at once without dropping details
• Working knowledge of how websites get made: design, development, content, SEO. You do not need to build them
• Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Figma (viewing and commenting)
