Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive – EdTech to drive admissions, business growth, and strategic partnerships for CliniLaunch's training programs.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, lead conversion, student counselling, institutional/corporate partnerships, client relationship management, and achieving sales and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls,



campaigns, referrals, networking, and other channels.

Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding CliniLaunch programs.

Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments/admissions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Build and maintain relationships with students, corporate clients, institutions, and key stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and develop institutional/corporate partnerships.

Conduct presentations, seminars, webinars, and product/program demonstrations.

Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate records and regular reports in CRM.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Academic teams to improve lead conversion and enrollment.

Participate in educational events, career fairs, seminars, and outreach activities.
