Android Audio Framework Engineer

Experience: 3–8 Years
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, enhance, and debug Android Audio Framework components.
• Work on AOSP-based Android audio solutions and platform-level features.
• Analyze and troubleshoot audio-related issues across Java Framework, Native Framework, and HAL layers.
• Modify and extend Android Framework and native audio components based on product requirements.
• Debug audio routing, audio focus, audio policy, playback, recording, and audio device-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code using Git / Gerrit.
• Analyze system logs, traces, bug reports, and dumpsys output to resolve complex platform issues.
