As a Manager, you will lead Oracle AI architecture and estimation efforts across client workstreams, shaping solution direction, validating delivery plans, and guiding teams through complex application consulting assignments within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Manager you will motivate, develop, and coach team members, manage performance across priorities, and use technology and innovation to support client objectives while upholding integrity and authenticity. In this role at PwC, you will apply broad Oracle consulting skills to analyze client needs,



implement software solutions, provide training and support, and contribute to operational efficiency and business outcomes across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle AI architecture and estimation workstreams for client application consulting engagements
• Managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client requests
• Translating business requirements into Oracle solution designs that support process improvement and operational efficiency
• Guiding estimation activities by evaluating effort, dependencies, risks, and delivery assumptions
• Reviewing technical approaches for Oracle application implementation, integration, and support activities
• Coaching team members on solution design, delivery methods, and issue resolution across assigned work
• Analyzing client environments to identify process gaps, system interactions, and opportuniti
