Role Description This is a full-time Sales Engineer role based in Pune City, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will actively engage with prospective and existing customers to understand project requirements, recommend suitable elevator components, and prepare technical and commercial proposals. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with engineering and operations teams,



and providing technical support before and after sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, tracking opportunities, and contributing to forecasts and reports. The person in this position is expected to build strong customer relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, and represent CFG COMPONENTS at meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to link technical solutions to customer needs.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Robust Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting and explaining technical details clearly.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and customer interactions.
