Role Description The Technical SEO Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for improving and maintaining clients’ organic search performance. This position involves conducting technical site audits, identifying and resolving crawl, indexation, speed, and mobile usability issues, and implementing on-site technical SEO best practices. The specialist will work with developers and marketers to optimize site architecture, structured data, internal linking, and URL structures,



while monitoring performance using analytics and SEO tools. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, preparing reports and recommendations, supporting on-page and content SEO initiatives, and staying up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to inform strategy.
Qualifications
• Strong technical SEO skills, including site auditing, crawl and indexation optimization, page speed improvements, mobile and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in website technologies, such as basic HTML/CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, and understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Ability to collaborate with developers and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and improve site architecture and structured data.
