Job Description

What a Finance Manager does at Visa:

CDPE is seeking a Finance Manager who combines strong finance judgment, structured problem solving and delivery discipline to support cross-functional data and process improvement initiatives. The Manager will support the coordination of Controllership participation in the Finance Data Platform (FDP), translate business priorities into clear requirements and delivery plans, and support initiatives from problem definition through implementation,



adoption and measurable outcomes. The role will also support management reporting, operational delivery, controls, process improvement, automation and approved GenAI solutions based on business priorities.

Essential Function

ATR Data & Digital Enablement Support (Project-Based)

• Support the Accounting and Reporting team on a project basis by developing, maintaining, and automating data extraction, report generation, and analytics solutions.
• Partner closely with MSC to identify reporting requirements, streamline manual download and centralize data workflows as activities transition from markets into the MSC operating model.
• Design scalable reporting solutions, improving data quality and governance, enabling self-service reporting where appropriate, and working with ATR digital team to digitalize and standardize processes to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability across the organization.
