Oracle PPM / Procurement / SCM Functional Support
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve configuration/setup changes, extension and report defects across PPM, Procurement and SCM.
• Own the ten interfaces between Fusion and the PM Portal/Exchange Portal, coordinating with the Integration Consultant on seam repair.
• Own approval-hierarchy, document-setup and costing configuration issues escalated from L2 within Procurement/SCM.
• Lead root cause analysis, problem management and enhancement design for the module families; own regression scope.
• Assess PPM/SCM impact during quarterly Oracle update readiness reviews.
• Escalate to Oracle Support (L4) via delegated CSI for confirmed product defects.

Required Skills & Experience
• Deep functional expertise across Projects (PPM) and/or Procurement/SCM with hands-on end-to-end support ownership.
• Experience with portal-based interface architectures (e.g., PM Portal, Exchange Portal, Supplier Portal).
• Working knowledge of costing and approval-hierarchy configuration.
• Ability to operate within a 30-minute P1 escalation SLA from L2.
