The Corporate Security function forms part of the APAC Corporate Security Centre of Excellence and is responsible for protecting Walmart associates, facilities, operations and reputation across APAC. The function provides leadership and governance for associate safety, physical security, emergency preparedness, investigations, executive protection support and security service delivery.
Customer Engagement Services (CES) supports a large associate population performing customer support, business operations and technology-enabled services. The Corporate Security Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, secure and resilient workplace environment that supports business continuity and associate wellbeing.
Role Overview
The Corporate Security Manager – CES Bengaluru is responsible for leading security operations and associate protection programs supporting one of Walmart's largest associate populations within APAC.
The role will focus on associate safety, workforce protection,
emergency preparedness, investigations, event security and operational resilience while partnering closely with Workplace Services, Human Resources and business leadership teams. The position serves as the primary security advisor for CES Bengaluru and is responsible for ensuring that security remains aligned with business priorities and associate experience objectives.

Ensure effective management of access control, investigations, incident management and emergency response activities.
Maintain a protected, secure and resilient operating environment for associates and visitors.
