AI Creative ProducerRockin Studios | Bengaluru (Hybrid) | Full-time
About Rockin Studios
Rockin Studios is an independent AI film and animation studio based in Bengaluru. We make anime series, brand films, cinematic promos, performance ads and original IP for clients in Los Angeles, New York, London and across India. Our work has played at Current York Comic Con, and our original IP has crossed 2.5 million organic views with zero ad spend.
We are filmmakers who use AI as our medium. The pipeline is the instrument, not the artist.
The role
We're hiring an AI Creative Producer: the person who takes a brief and turns it into a finished film. You'll set the creative direction, break ideas into shots, direct generation across AI tools, and stay with the edit until it's right.
This is not a prompt-operator job. We want a producer with taste who happens to use AI to make things.
What you'll do
• Turn briefs and scripts into shot lists, boards, references and style frames before anything is generated
• Direct AI generation across image, video and voice tools. Iterate, select,

and reject anything that isn't good enough
• Protect continuity: character consistency, lighting, and every tell that makes AI look like AI
• Work with editors on structure, pacing and cutdowns
• Shape performance ads and campaign content. Know why a hook works, what holds attention, and how a format changes by platform
• Manage timelines across several projects at once, flag risks early, and use generation credits wisely
• Review every output before it leaves the studio

What we're looking for
• Real taste in film. You watch a lot, and you can explain why a shot works: framing, lens, light, blocking, the cut
• A grasp of filmmaking end to end: script, shot design, coverage, edit, sound
• Marketing sense, especially for performance ads. You understand audience, hook, retention and the brief behind the brief
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image, video or voice generation, and the curiosity to pick
