TaxKraft is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.

If you understand B2B sales, client acquisition, lead conversion and relationship management, and you can take ownership of monthly revenue targets, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities
• Handle leads from initial discussion through final closure
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Conduct meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations with SME and startup clients
• Sell professional services including GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Compliance, Virtual CFO, Business Advisory and related services
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with systematic follow-ups
• Develop referral, channel and corporate partnerships
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain CRM, sales reports,



forecasts and conversion tracking
• Build and manage the sales team as the function expands

Who We’re Looking For:

Candidates with 2–5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably from taxation, accounting, financial services, consulting, legal/compliance, SaaS or other professional services.

You should be confident in client communication, negotiation, pitching and closing deals and comfortable working with clear revenue targets.
