The People Operations Coordinator, India is a hands-on People Operations and workplace partner supporting BusPatrol’s growing India organization. This role will serve as a key on-the-ground office manager and People Operations support resource, helping create a reliable, welcoming, and productive employee experience for India-based employees.
This role will provide day-to-day support across office operations, employee lifecycle processes, new hire readiness, onboarding, People data, documentation, and employee questions. A significant focus of the role will be partnering closely with IT and People team members to troubleshoot issues, coordinate equipment and access, and ensure recent hires have a seamless setup and onboarding experience from offer acceptance through their first days at BusPatrol.
The People Operations Coordinator, India will report to the Director, People Operations and work closely with the India Talent Partner, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, IT, Finance, Legal, and local and global business leaders.
Key Responsibilities




India Office & Workplace Management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day India office operations, employee needs, vendors, and workplace questions

• Support the setup, opening, and ongoing operation of BusPatrol’s India office, including supplies, access, facilities coordination, vendor follow-up, and workplace readiness

• Help establish clear office processes, documentation, local resources, workplace norms, and escalation paths aligned

• Coordinate with building management, office vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders to resolve workplace issues quickly and maintain a positive employee experience

• Support office events, employee gatherings, onsite meetings, and other activities that strengthen connection and engagement

• Maintain accurate employee location and office information to support workplace planning and local communications
