Role Description The Executive Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon. This role involves identifying prospective clients and investors, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable real estate options across residential, commercial,



and investment segments. The specialist will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and property presentations to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong client pipeline, coordinating site visits, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or other sales systems. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to stay updated on inventory, market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
