Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role at our Kochi office for an SEO Executive who will own organic growth for Zartek's websites and selected client websites. The role covers technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, link building, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema) and work with our developers to fix issues
• Conduct keyword research and optimise pages, metadata, and internal linking
• Create content briefs and work with writers to produce pages that rank
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and digital PR
• Manage local SEO and Google Business Profiles for our Kochi, Doha, and Canada offices
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions in Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/SEMrush, and report monthly




• Keep up with algorithm updates and AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews, visibility in ChatGPT and other LLMs)

Requirements
• At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience handling SEO for websites with 20,000+ organic visits per month. You'll need to show evidence such as Search Console or GA4 screenshots
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link building
• Comfortable working with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms like WordPress
• Good written English

Nice to Have
• Experience with SEO across multiple markets (India, GCC, North America)
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, or IT services websites
