Role Description The Property Consultant will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full time capacity, assisting clients throughout the property buying, selling, and renting process. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and explaining project details, pricing, and legal aspects in a clear manner.



The role involves liaising with developers and owners, negotiating terms, and supporting clients in documentation and closing transactions. The Property Consultant will maintain accurate records of leads and interactions, follow up with prospects, and meet individual and team sales targets. The role also requires staying updated on local real estate trends, projects, and regulations to provide informed advice.
