HIRING – PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials for our manufacturing operations.

POSITION: Purchase Executive

LOCATION: Daskroi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

JOB TYPE: Full-Time | On-Site

JOINING: Immediate Joiner Preferred

LOCATION PREFERENCE: Ahmedabad Candidates Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end Purchase and Procurement activities.

• Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR) and prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).

• Identify, source and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules.

• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.





• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores/Warehouse, Quality and Finance teams for material requirements.

• Monitor stock and procurement requirements to avoid material shortages.

• Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor data and procurement documentation.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost and delivery.

• Support cost-saving and vendor-development initiatives.

• Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, quality requirements and applicable compliance standards.

• Prepare regular purchase and vendor-related reports.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE – IMPORTANT:

Candidates should have relevant Purchase/Procurement experience in a manufacturing setting.
