About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Technical Lead to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires solid expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, VMware, PowerShell Automation, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Azure,



and Infrastructure Operations.

The candidate will also provide technical leadership, manage critical incidents, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and ensure infrastructure availability, security, performance, and compliance.

Experience: 8–10 Years

Employment Type: Yearly Contract

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: Remote support as required

Salary: As per Industry Standards

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations

• Manage and maintain enterprise Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot server outages, performance issues, patch failures, unexpected reboots, and other critical infrastructure incidents.
• Perform infrastructure health checks, monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Lead P1/P2
