Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Kalānkit is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role will provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports.



The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as organizing documents, drafting correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The role will involve acting as a key communication link between leadership, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and well-documented.
