Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI/LLM roles—sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for Research Scientists, ML Engineers, and Prompt Engineering leads.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI talent communities to identify niche LLM/AI specialists.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, map skill sets, and translate technical jargon into compelling job narratives.
• Drive candidate experience through personalized outreach, technical screening alignment, and timely feedback loops.
• Manage recruitment analytics, pipeline reporting,



and time-to-hire KPIs—optimizing for speed and quality of hire.
• Stay ahead of AI hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging academic/research hubs in India to maintain a pipeline advantage.
