About the Role
RoomAdda is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Associate to
connect with potential customers, understand their accommodation requirements, provide
suitable options, and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
What You Will Do
• Qualify and assess leads based on customer preferences, budget, location, and
move-in requirements.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective customers through timely
and consistent follow-ups.
• Meet potential customers and understand their accommodation requirements.
• Conduct property visits and coordinate with customers for site visits.
• Achieve assigned individual and team targets related to lead qualification, follow-
ups, conversions, and bookings.

What You Will Learn

Pay and Benefits
• The probationary period for this position will be 3–4 months.
• The annual remuneration for this position is ₹4 LPA.
• Earn incentives of up to ₹20,000 per month, based on individual performance
