Sol PoSH Consultants is a specialist advisory and compliance firm working on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. We help organisations build compliance that actually holds, including policy drafting and review, Internal Committee constitution and training, employee awareness programmes, workplace compliance audits, External Member services. ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Development Associate will play a key role in expanding Sol's client base, nurturing strategic relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. A major part of the role will focus on business development and lead conversion, while the remainder will involve relationship management, event coordination, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.



This is a role for someone who wants to build a business development function rather than inherit one. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with senior HR professionals, founders & business leaders, consultants, trainers, and external stakeholders. The Business Development Associate is responsible for growing Sol’s client base and running the commercial pipeline end to end - sourcing, qualifying, pitching, proposing and closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development and Lead Management:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads from referrals, networking events, digital campaigns, partnerships, and other sources.
• Conduct introductory discussions with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present Sol's services and value proposition effectively.
