As an Oracle PMO - Manager you will help steer a portfolio of Oracle ERP projects across wide-ranging complexity, domain, and technology, bringing structure to planning, tracking, and reporting across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and use independent judgment to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and validate that deliverables align with PwC quality and timeline expectations. In this role at PwC, you will oversee project tooling,



monitor engagement and portfolio metrics, communicate status to client and firm stakeholders, and support standardization and consistency across Oracle ERP engagements within our Consulting Solutions line of service.

Responsibilities

• Oracle ERP, Project Management, PMO, Project management tools, Agile, Scrum, IT Project Management
• Leading Oracle PMO workstreams across ERP engagements by applying structured project management methods
• Managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource tracking across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Monitoring portfolio and engagement metrics, analyzing status trends, and preparing clear reporting for stakeholders
• Coordinating issue, risk, and dependency tracking to support timely delivery across multiple initiatives
• Guiding project teams in the use of Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, and other PPM tools
• Developing status updates, presentation materials
