• Manage production schedules and logistics, optimizing efficiency and output while maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency.
• Assist with product innovation initiatives, researching market trends, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques, and introducing exciting new offerings to our menu.
• Keep the gelato train running smoothly by managing production schedules and logistics with finesse and flair.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations,



to align production efforts with overall business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:
• A passion for all things culinary, with a particular penchant for gelato and dessert delights.
• A proven track record of success in culinary leadership roles, with experience in bakery or pastry production. Gelato or ice cream experience is a big plus
• Openness to learning and leading productions of all kinds – whether it's mastering the art of gelato-making or perfecting the brioche, you're up for any culinary challenge.
