Role Description The Business Executive (B2B & B2C Sales) is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients in both business and consumer segments, managing inquiries, and converting leads into successful projects. The Business Executive will conduct site visits, understand client requirements, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate terms to close sales.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with technical teams for accurate solution offerings, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. The role also includes meeting sales targets, updating the CRM, tracking market trends, and representing UrbanRoof professionally at client meetings and local events.
Qualifications
• Strong B2B and B2C sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.
• Ability to understand building repair, waterproofing, and rehabilitation solutions and explain them clearly to clients.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for diverse customer groups.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and documentation for tracking sales activities.
