Role Description The Payer Enrollment Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, India. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end payer enrollment and credentialing processes, including preparing and submitting applications to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers,



as well as maintaining accurate provider data in systems such as CAQH, PECOS, and NPPES. Day-to-day tasks include tracking application status, resolving discrepancies with payers, coordinating with providers and internal teams, and ensuring that all enrollment activities comply with regulatory and payer requirements. The specialist will also assist with updating provider information, monitoring effective dates, and supporting timely onboarding to minimize reimbursement delays. Collaboration with billing and RCM teams is expected to ensure smooth integration between enrollment, credentialing, and revenue cycle operations.
