Role Description The Formulation Chemist will develop, optimize, and validate epoxy and polyurethane formulations tailored for electrical and electronic applications, floor coatings,



and other industrial uses where strong adhesion is required. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting laboratory experiments, preparing and testing samples, analyzing results, and documenting formulations and procedures in accordance with internal standards. The role involves close collaboration with production and quality teams to ensure scale-up feasibility, product consistency, and compliance with safety and performance specifications. The chemist will also contribute to research and development projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshoot formulation-related issues in existing products. This is a full-time, in office role based in Malur.
