About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Ads Executive to manage, optimize, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PPC campaign management and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns..




• Conduct keyword research and manage search terms and negative keywords..
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance..
• Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, ad copy, and landing pages..
• Conduct A/B testing of ads and campaigns..
• Track conversions and ensure accurate campaign reporting..
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement..
• Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights..
Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads/PPC..
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads..
• Good understanding of keyword research, search intent, and PPC metrics..
• Experience with conversion tracking and campaign analytics..
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting..
