Role Description The Sales Executive role at Laxmi Extrusion is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Alwar district, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote extrusion products across wire and cable, hose, pipe, profile, and medical tubing segments. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing quotations and proposals,



conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and coordinating with technical and production teams to address customer requirements. The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining accurate sales records, meeting sales targets, and providing regular reports and feedback to management. Travel to customer sites and industry events within the region will be required as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with effective negotiation and customer service skills.
• Understanding of industrial or manufacturing products; experience in extrusion, plastics, or related engineering sectors is an advantage.
