SAP OpenText VIM Senior Consultant with 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end Invoice Automation solutions using SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

Expertise in configuring VIM Document Processing, Approval Workflows, Exception Handling, ArchiveLink, ICC/BCC, Document Pipeline, and Fiori applications. Solid functional knowledge of SAP FI/MM, Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Invoice Lifecycle Management processes. Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and AMS support engagements

Lead SAP VIM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Design and configure invoice processing workflows for PO and Non-PO invoices.

Configure document types, process types, approval hierarchies, and exception handling.

Integrate SAP VIM with ICC/BCC, Archive Server, and SAP FI/MM modules.

Conduct solution workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and UAT support.

Mentor consultants and coordinate with client stakeholders, offshore, and onsite teams.

Drive process optimization initiatives to improve AP efficiency and reduce invoice cycle times.

Support S/4HANA migration and VIM transformation initiatives.
